THEN : Skinny Minnie - lowest weight ever - Weak - 115 lbs. and a size 00. I never felt like I had control over what I put into my body. I lacked a lot of willpower and care. I was on a very unhealthy diet of Pizza , Soda and Popcorn … and alcohol - no exercise at all, All these habits landed me in the hospital 3 times the following year. I was basically a mess.

NOW : Stronger than ever… I can probably lift more than most dudes - Im happy with my size 6 , I now have a bootie and feel STRONG . I live my life with flexible dieting, meal planning and Superfoods Every Single Day. I workout at home - I am the healthiest I've ever been and pretty proud of it. I never exercised, ate very poorly and drank way too much so it’s no wonder! I no longer correlate what my body looks like to my happiness. Now my happiness comes from taking care of my body through daily exercise, eating nutritious foods and keeping a positive mindset!

Over the last 2 ½ years I have been able to lose 45 pounds AND keep it off! By eating the right foods and keeping a positive attitude about my weight loss goals was crucial for me to be able to lose one pound at a time. I didn’t have to count calories and restrict all those yummy foods that at one point I used to guilt myself with like having a cupcake or two “
